acceptable stay
friendly staff presented room overpriced food mackerel fillet
the staff was friendly and helpful from the start. i also liked the lovely presented room. it had everything to. there were extra details .
i did not like the food. it was overpriced. i ordered the mackerel and horseradish sharing flatbread. there was probably one mackerel fillet in the whole dish.

spacious room harbor view superior room hard batter reheated chips hard crust
the room was quite spacious and featured a harbor view. i stayed in a superior room, secured at a half-price deal. the hotel seemed to be a popular spot, appearing busier than other places nearby.
i did not care for the food i ordered, specifically the banana blossom fish and chips. the batter was hard , and the chips tasted as though they had been reheated. my husband's atlantic prawn baguette also had a crust so hard it cut his lip.

dust bunnies bland food
The room, a supposed Superior King Room, was spacious, but not entirely super clean. I spotted a few dust bunnies doing laps under the bed. They seemed quite at home. Dinner in the restaurant was a comedy of errors. I placed my order, then the waiter returned to inform me that the kitchen was out of the day's special. I eventually chose something else, only to find it bland and unremarkable. The chef may want to try a pinch of seasoning sometime.

adequate lodging experience
effective design comfortable room overpriced food little mackerel
the family room we had was separated into two sections. one side featured a large double bed, and the other had two single beds. i found the room design to be effective and comfortable.
the food seemed overpriced. i ordered the mackerel and horseradish flatbread, but there was very little mackerel. sundried tomatoes were more abundant than mackerel on the dish.

gorgeous room thoughtful extras fresh milk
i had such a good experience! our superior king room was gorgeous. the thoughtful extras, like fresh milk in the fridge, added a special touch. the fish and chips were AMAZING!!!

Really good Stay by the Sea
comfy beds tea choice english breakfast excellent location
I found the room lovely, complete with comfy beds. The variety of teas, coffees, and bottled water was plentiful. Breakfast impressed me with a full English option in addition to cereals and yoghurts. The location proved perfect, a short walk from the beach. This was a very great bonus.
I observed a few very tiny stains upon a rug.
